##Multifix Log JSON creation for CCS APP [Android]
 - The CCS app now creates a structured JSON log for Multifix activity.
 - The JSON log records the key Multifix details in a consistent format, which makes troubleshooting, support analysis and auditing quicker.
 - The existing user workflow is unchanged. Logging runs automatically in the background.

##New Sollatek device FDEx3 support added same as FDEx2_v2 device
 - The Connected Cooler Service (CCS) app now supports the new Sollatek FDEx3 controller (device type ID 75). Users can find it in the Sollatek device list during association and connect to it.
 - The app can read and manage FDEx3 parameters and show its event data, using the same workflow as the existing Sollatek controllers.

##Handling of 0x03 response during Controller Parameter Read
 - The CCS app now handles the 0x03 response correctly when reading controller parameters. It no longer fails or shows incorrect values when a controller returns this response.
 - This also covers a few FDEx3 parameters that had no 0x03 handling. Parameter reads are now more reliable across supported controllers.

 - The Connected Cooler Service (CCS) app now supports AES-128 CTR encryption for Smart Tag AON devices. The app can communicate securely with Smart Tag AON devices that use this encryption.
 - Existing device workflows are unchanged. The encryption is handled automatically in the background.

##Barcode scanning now runs on Google ML Kit. This fixes the issue where barcodes sometimes failed to scan with the previous scanner.
 - The new scanner zooms in automatically on small or distant barcodes, so scans are faster and more reliable.
 - Barcodes are read more accurately than before, and the scanning workflow hasn't changed for users.
